Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Columbus, Ohio, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in any arbitration proceeding, unless the arbitrator determines that a different allocation of costs and fees is appropriate.
